 Fiona Kogan, JonesFiona Kogan is in the Jones College Prep Class of 2022 in Chicago’s South Loop, and lives nearby. She is currently the Design Editor for the JCP Blueprint newspaper, and is interested in further developing her skills as a journalist and an illustrator. Fiona has a strong interest in entrepreneurship and business, and in the future hopes to open her own business combining her passions for the arts and social justice. In her spare time she enjoys reading, drawing, and writing creative fiction. |  Yasmine Biyashev, PaytonYasmine Biyashev is a junior at Walter Payton and grew up in the West Loop neighborhood. She developed an interest in economics as a result of both her STEM and humanities passions and hopes to continue a career in the intersection of those fields. She enjoys reading, listening to music, and being with her friends. She joined On the Money the Fall of 2020 and aims to write articles that will spread economic awareness to young communities. She hopes to study medicine in college and her favorite money quote is, “Money is only a tool. It will take you wherever you wish, but it will not replace you as the driver.” |
